Libyan Accommodation Facilities:
Libya offers excellent accommodation facilities with hotels and tours resorts ranging from 3 to 5 stars. Though the best hotels are located in the main cities, more specifically Tripoli and Benghazi other cities offer good accommodation.

Ivory Coast dominated the opening exchanges, with Didier Drogba opening the scoring on ten minutes after good work from Aruna Koné and a goalkeeping error from stand-in Meftah Ghazalla. But they failed to capitalise on numerous chances - including a shocking miss from three yards by Koné after a perfect Drogba cross - and as Libya gained in confidence the Ivorians became frustrated. Drogba was also denied a clear penalty when he was hauled down on his way to meet a cross from Akalé.

Libya equalised when Jehad Muntasser - showing great skill and creativity along with Tarek El Taib and Marei El Ramli - sent in a brilliant cross from the right, converted by a towering header from Abdesalam Khamies. Libya actually had the better of the second half, some great moves into the box not quite finished and one superb combination of backheels and flicked passes freeing Nader Karra, whose drilled shot came off the outside of the post.

It was the best move of the match and worthy of repeat viewing. The Ivorians were losing their cool, Kone and Yaya Touré lashing out at opponents and Drogba growing weary of the poor service. But Yaya Touré had the last laugh when he capitalised on a goalmouth scramble to nod the ball over the stranded Ghazalla, the defenders on the goal-line unable to clear the ball from under the bar.

Libya gambled, sending on two more strikers, although sacrficing their most effective players - El Taib, El Ramli and Muntasser - limited their ability to create. Ivory Coast could have had another penalty when Koné went down in the box but they held on for the three points to go top of group A and effectively seal their place in the next round.
